What an amazing evening at Markland Hill Racquets Club!!
Our first drop-in advice clinic was well attended (sorry for those of you that had to wait a while) and we hope to be back in March to offer more members our expertise.

Are you a member of Markland Hill Racquets and picked up a recent injury, or just can't shake off that niggling pain and not sure what it is?

Do you find it difficult to carry out your normal activities/sport and need some advice?

Or do you feel really tense, struggling to sleep and need ways to help with your relaxation?

Clinic opening hours over the festive period:
Monday 22nd: 8 am - 8 pm
Tuesday 23rd: Open until 8 pm
Wednesday 24th - Saturday 27th: Closed
Monday 29th - Wednesday 31st: Normal working hours!
Thursday 1st January: Closed

✨ Yesterday at Phoenix Physiotherapy Lancashire we had the pleasure of some in-house training with Dave, one of our physiotherapists, on the Jo Gibson approach to shoulder assessment and treatment.

Congratulations to our three lucky winners of £50 each to spend at Phoenix Physiotherapy! You will have now received email notification- Linda, Maxine & Sarah!

We ran our competition during the Markland Hill Racquets Club women’s sport and wellbeing event and very much look forward to the next one.
The club really is a hidden gem- so many facilities tucked away and a wonderfully friendly and relaxed atmosphere too.

Thank you to all who entered and if you weren’t a winner, hopefully you’ll be lucky next time. Lastly, thank you to my amazing team, HRH Sports Therapy, Dave Cheetham, Olha Balika and Jen Sands (who worked admin miracles in 48 hrs!) 💕
