I’m so excited to finally share the first half of my 2026 calendar of events, sessions and courses.

💚 All sessions will be delivered at The Hideaway, Egerton, Bolton (next to Walmsley School).

✨ What’s new for 2026 ✨
I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes, adding new knowledge and training to my offer, and I’m delighted to announce the launch of The Avery Tree Parent & Baby Connection Circles 💚

These sessions are designed for individual parents or both parents with their baby/babies.
As a mum of two myself, I know first-hand just how difficult, isolating and challenging becoming a new parent can be. These circles are here to gently support you during that tender time.

💚 What these sessions are all about:
• Connecting back to yourself
• Strengthening connection with your partner (if attending together)
• Deepening the bond with your baby
• Feeling seen, supported and held in a safe, nurturing space

💚 What you can expect:
• A super calming, welcoming environment
• Soothing music
• Drinks and toast provided
• Sharing experiences (always optional)
• Baby yoga
• Baby massage
• Meditation & sound therapy
• Sensory play and relaxation
• And so much more

I honestly can’t wait to bring these sessions to life in 2026 💚💚💚

Last Thursday marked our final Teen Sista Circle of 2025.

I am so incredibly proud of how much these amazing teens have grown over the past 12 months. Their confidence, resilience and overall attitude towards themselves and others has developed in leaps and bounds — and honestly, they’ve taught me a thing or two along the way.

Teens are living in a very different world to the one we grew up in. Having the courage and confidence to sit down with your teen and hold open, safe and honest conversations about their world, their feelings and their thoughts is so important.

What I’ve learned is that they simply want to be heard — not shouted at, not told what to do — but seen and listened to by those closest to them.

Communication is key. It won’t always be easy, but it is absolutely worth it.

I’ll be sharing details of the next Teen Sista Circles for 2026 very soon.

If you feel your teen girl would benefit from a safe, inclusive and positive space once a month — where she can learn more about herself and gain tools to help navigate this crazy world — then this could be just what she needs.

As we bring 2025 to a close and start celebrating the festive season, it’s the perfect time to reflect on everything we’ve achieved — and to look ahead at all the wonderful things still to come.

The final two circles of 2025 are upon us, and I cannot wait to share them with you. Both sessions will be relaxed, fun, and beautifully festive. Come along, get cosy, and be merry with us.

We started Christmas early 🎄

Our November Mother–Daughter Connection Circle was super cute and creative 🎅

We took a magical trip to a festive cabin during our guided connection meditation, shared plenty of laughs during our mirroring exercise, and then got wonderfully messy crafting decorative baubles for one another – all while listening to festive tunes.

Our December circle is all about celebration. We’ll be offering mulled wine (for adults only), hot chocolate, mince pies and festive gifts. Come along in your PJs or onesie and enjoy a relaxed evening of festive fun with your daughter as we celebrate the end of the year together.

I absolutely loved last night’s Teen Sista Circle 💚💚💚

Some of these teens have been with me from the very start, just over a year ago 😍. I’ve seen them grow so much into the most beautiful souls — more comfortable in their own skin and wonderfully kind-hearted.

This session, we explored what we wanted our future selves to be like: what she would look like, who she would have around her, where she would live, and more. We did this through a guided meditation and incorporated a little Reiki.

For some of these girls, it used to be very difficult to concentrate, switch off, and simply be present. But I was so impressed with how they all handled these exercises. They felt grounded, centred, and relaxed after just 15 minutes of mindfulness.

This just goes to show that we, as adults, have the power to guide these teens, support them, and offer alternative activities that help them understand their emotions and build resilience for the future.

Next month we’ll be celebrating Christmas with pjs, hot chocolate, Christmas music, and gifts.

If your teen girl would like to join us in a safe, fun, and inclusive space where they can simply be themselves, this is perfect for them.

💚 Updates December dates 💚

💚 As 2025 draws to a close... 💚

It’s been a beautiful, emotional, exciting and truly transformative year for me — full of learning and growth.

We’ve got just four sessions left for November and December before we wrap up and get ready to begin again in 2026.

I’m so excited for what’s to come — a brand new year filled with fresh courses, sessions, retreats, festivals and more!

Dates for 2026 will be announced before the end of the year, along with the launch of my brand new booking system.

✨ This morning’s session was absolutely lovely — but it’s bittersweet, as it’ll be my last sound bath for a little while 😭

I’m finally heading in for an operation I’ve been waiting for for over a year, so I’ll be taking some time out to rest and recover.

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s come along to these first few sound baths, and to the amazing team at the Church PT who’ve supported me. I’ve loved every single moment and truly hope you continue your sound journey with another wonderful practitioner.

That being said… I’ve got some very exciting plans brewing for 2026 — so keep your eyes (and ears!) peeled 👀
