✨ And just like that… another beautiful Mother–Daughter Circle 🌸

Last Thursdays Spring Equinox session was all about balance, connection, and new beginnings 🌿

We shared some really special moments — opening up, seeing things from each other’s perspective, and having those honest conversations that we don’t always make time for in everyday life 💞

One of the most magical parts was our planting intention ritual 🌱

Watching each pair gently plant their seeds, setting intentions for themselves and their relationship… it was such a powerful reminder that growth takes time, care, and love.

We finished with a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing everything to settle and integrate… the room felt so calm and full of warmth ✨

These sessions are always so special to hold — creating space for mums and daughters to slow down, reconnect, and grow together 💗

What a beautiful Teen Sista Circle we had last night. These girls are growing into the most powerful version of themselves, and I'm so grateful to witness their journey first-hand.

We spoke about their fears and worries about the future. We looked at the issues they face as teens in the world they live in and asked what they wished adults knew about their struggles.

They shared, listened and gave space for silence. We wrote letters to our future selves, sealed with wax, ready to open in December in the hope of learning more about what they have achieved by the end of the year.

We ended with a lovely sound bath and guided meditation – some even fell asleep! They left feeling calm and grounded.

If you feel your teen girl might benefit from a safe space to just be herself, then this might be exactly what you and she are looking for.

What a wonderful weekend spent with such lovely, like-minded people.

I truly cannot tell you how much I love sharing and teaching all things sound healing.

A big thank you to those of you who travelled far and wide to join us on Saturday.

I will be running another course in the next few months, so keep an eye out if you’re interested in joining us.

Disclaimer: This sound healing course is an in-depth overview of sound healing and focuses mainly on crystal singing bowls. We do touch on the gong and tuning forks; however, I always suggest that if you feel particularly drawn to working with gongs or tuning forks and wish to practise these in more depth, you seek further training with a well-established gong and/or tuning fork teacher.

In my experience, these are the only instruments that I feel could potentially cause harm if they are used incorrectly.

When you attend my accredited course, you will become a certified sound practitioner and will be able to deliver sound healing sessions. However, if you would like to work more extensively with gongs or tuning forks, I strongly recommend undertaking additional specialist training.

I know a few wonderful teachers who offer this type of training, so please feel free to reach out if you would like some recommendations.

And just like that, we’re back.

What a beautiful Mother–Daughter Connection Circle we shared last night — I’ve missed these so much. We focused on self-love as well as the love between mother and daughter, wrote letters to our future selves, explored some gentle mirror work, and ended with a soothing bedtime meditation.

I’m so excited to be hosting these sessions again this year, with lots of new plans and fresh ideas.
