πŸ”οΈ Train Smarter. Recover Faster. Breathe Better.

Ever wondered how elite athletes train at high altitudes to boost their endurance? Our Altitude Generator brings that same performance edge right to our clinic!

πŸ’¨ How it works:
Our system safely reduces the oxygen levels in the air you breathe, simulating training or recovery at high altitude. This mild oxygen restriction triggers your body to produce more red blood cells, improve oxygen efficiency, and enhance overall stamina β€” all without leaving the room.

⚑ Who benefits:
βœ… Athletes – Improve performance, endurance, and recovery.
βœ… Rehab clients – Boost circulation and healing after injury.
βœ… Fitness enthusiasts – Enhance metabolism and energy.
βœ… Those with fatigue or low energy – Support better oxygen utilization and vitality.

🌬️ Whether you’re returning from injury or chasing peak performance, altitude training can help your body adapt, perform, and recover better.

πŸ“ Book a session or ask our team how altitude conditioning can elevate your results!

BLOOD LACTATE THRESHOLD TESTING 🩸

What does it tell us? πŸ€”

Lactate threshold testing tells you how much intense exercise you can do before the levels of lactate within your muscles get too high, and in turn, how hard you can safely push yourself without risking excess fatigue.

Lactate testing will outline to you how hard to train in order to optimise your athletic performance with a lower risk of fatigue and injury πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

What does it include? πŸ€”

Lactate threshold testing includes running through a variety of physical exercises such as cycling and running , which get gradually more intense as the test progresses.

Blood samples are then taken at the end of each exercise for the purpose of measuring lactate levels in the blood. Lactate levels rise during exercise, especially during high-intensity movement, which can lead to muscle and general fatigue.

What is the main aim? πŸ€”

The aim of a blood lactate threshold test is to determine your specific training heart rate zones to optimise endurance performance by identifying your current fitness level and ability to sustain high-level intensity.

WHAT IS NEXT LEVEL πŸ“ˆ?

Next Level By Injury Mechanics is about making good athletes great using data driven performance πŸ‘€

With the additions of;

Altitude Traininig ⛰️
Force Plate Testing 🦡
Biomechanics & Gait Analysis πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
Blood Lactate Threshold Testing 🩸

Our aim is the "fine tune" your performance. A lot of the time, being able to simply train more, harder and for longer isn't advisable or achievable whilst trying to schedule everything in around work and life

So, we're here to help you train smarter πŸ€“

Identifying underlying weaknesses and asymmetries in strength using forceplates testing to reduce injury risk and increase function βš–οΈ

Analyse biomechanics to improve running posture and technique to avoid wasted energy in poor form and highlighting injury risk πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Testing blood lactate levels during exercise protocols to determine your accurate training zone so we know how and when to keep your "easy sessions" easy and your "hard sessions" hard! πŸ”₯

Making Altitude Training accessible to those who take their training really seriously! Aiming to form adaptation within your blood to increase red blood cells and haemoglobin mass allowing for greater oxygen transportation to your muscles, enhancing stamina and lactic acid tolerance 🫁
