The next Perinatal CTF Group (Compassion Focus Therapy) starts in February, Tuesday mornings for 8 weeks, from 10:00am – 12:30pm.

Join us for A 4-Week Course: An Introduction to Printing, a beginner-friendly exploration of different printing techniques including fabric printing, gelli plate printing and lino printing.

This supportive, relaxed course is designed for people with lived experience of mental illness and offers a chance to slow down, experiment and connect through creativity.
