Tonight after my Reiki session, something interesting happened…

My client shared that when their mum is around spirit, lights flicker.

We spoke about signs.
About energy.
About love that doesn’t disappear.

Just after they left.…my own kitchen light flickered.
Coincidence?
Energy shift?

This morning was something special.

A full room. Open hearts. Powerful energy.
There is something deeply moving about a space filled with people choosing themselves, men and women, all showing up with courage, honesty and intention.

Today we journeyed through the chakras, softened into the heart space, and awakened that Fire Horse energy within, the bold, grounded, passionate part of us that refuses to shrink.

Watching everyone release, breathe, receive and rise was such a reminder of why I do this work. Healing is powerful when it’s shared.

Here are some of the affirmations we anchored into:
✨ I am safe to open my heart.
✨ My heart chakra radiates love and compassion.
✨ I am grounded and supported.
✨ I trust my intuition and inner wisdom.
✨ My voice is clear, confident and true.
✨ I release what no longer aligns with me.

✨ I rise, steady, strong and unapologetically myself.

We gather in a calm and welcoming space to relax, reset and recharge and for just £10 each you will have 90 minutes of peace, healing and community.

🌻This morning’s meditation felt really special. We had a fully booked class, and everyone who was meant to be there arrived — which already set such a beautiful, aligned energy in the room.

🌈 We began with a full-body chakra body scan, gently moving awareness through each energy centre, allowing the body and mind to soften, release, and settle. From there, we moved into a guided garden walk visualisation, engaging all of the senses — a space to consciously let go of anything we didn’t want to carry forward from the previous year, and to reconnect with what we truly wish to nurture.

🌱 The final part of the session was a physical planting ritual, where we planted seeds as symbols of our intentions. This was such a powerful and grounding experience, and it was lovely to see how much everyone connected with it. The feedback has been so heart-warming — everyone absolutely loved this part 🤍

I can’t wait to see photos of everyone’s sunflowers as they grow, and to discover which colours come through for each person — a beautiful reminder that our intentions continue to unfold long after the session ends 🌻
