A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined this morning’s Meditation & Reiki Morning at High Hopes for Halliwellbeing. 💜

Your energy, openness, and presence made the space feel so peaceful and connected. It was beautiful to see everyone taking time for themselves, releasing stress, and preparing for the season ahead with calm intentions.

I am so grateful for this growing community and the healing we share together.

🌿✨ Feeling so Grateful ✨🌿

Yesterday was truly special — I hosted two beautiful Reiki and Meditation events with the help of my student Mel,

We did morning and evening, and together we welcomed around 30 lovely souls (including children) into the space. 💫

A huge thank you to everyone who came and shared their energy, presence, and light with us — it means the world to me. 💖

Special gratitude to:
🙏 Sabiha for making the most wonderful vegetarian curries — everyone loved them!
🍗 My Dad for helping me prepare the chicken curry — it was a hit!
🏡 My Husband, Vlad for handling all the home preparations and keeping everything flowing smoothly.

💜 Melanie for assisting me throughout both the morning and evening sessions — your support made such a difference and everyone loved you!

I didn’t get a chance to take any photos — we were so busy, immersed in the energy and connection — but my heart is full and grateful for every moment. 🌸

What a beautiful morning we had yesterday ✨

Today’s Meditation & Reiki morning was so special. Everyone who joined gave such wonderful feedback – it fills my heart knowing how much you all enjoyed it. 💜

I’ll admit, I felt a little nervous at first, but once we settled in, the energy flowed and it was such a peaceful and uplifting experience together. 🌿
