What an amazing bank holiday weekend with my beautiful fiance started of with wedding cake tasting with the family. Then watching the guys from smash their race. And then onto abit of glamping in Wales and finding a beautiful beach for the day 😍 I can't tell you how much I love my life with Heather ######x

So proud of this girl💕she has stuck to the rehab plan without question👍which has been really hard with no running for 6 weeks. And tonight she smashed a hilly 5k.🏃‍♀️she never ceases to amazing me with her determination and strength ❤️

This girl never ceases to amaze me 💕even with all the heartbreak of not being able to race Ironman uk,she still got up at 3am to go to the swim and then stayed at smithills deane Rd for hours and then into the town centre to cheer the runners not stopping cheering from 6am until 10.30 pm.She has cried and reflected and after everything she still smiled 😁 she is amazing and beautiful ❤️ just love her

I can't believe this is nearly a month ago 😳 this was a life changing race and one that I have waited 12 years to complete

Well what an amazing weekend supporting these 2 machines 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️for the last 7 months they have put so much effort and work in to their training it has made me and really proud coaches. They smashed their race today and are well on course to do the same in July. And has always we couldn't do this without the support of our families with Sarah and Luka being amazing support for the boys this weekend. Trust the process and you get the results
