Our classes are for all ages and abilities and our amazing teachers adapt every session so you feel challenged and supported, no matter what your level.

• Move Strong - Total Body Strength - full body conditioning for tone and resilience
• Stretch, Strengthen & Balance – move mindfully with exercises that build strength, flexibility, and stability
• Pilates – core-focused exercises to improve posture, mobility, and overall body awareness
• Group Meditation with Herbal Tea – unwind, focus your mind, and enjoy a calming tea together
