We’re excited to introduce Move Strong – Total Body Strength, a modern strength class designed to help you feel stronger, steadier and more confident in your body.

This isn’t a yoga class — and it’s not a bootcamp.
It’s intelligent, functional strength training led by a qualified yoga teacher and personal trainer, focusing on:
• building strength
• improving balance
• increasing mobility
• supporting long-term movement and wellbeing

Perfect if you want a proper workout without the gym environment, or if you’re looking to compliment yoga, Pilates, or everyday life.

🌿 Our new class timetable is here, bringing more ways to move, strengthen, restore, and nurture yourself. ✨

We're proud that our studio is a space that where you can truly be yourself - no mirrors, no judgement, just a welcoming place to strengthen, stretch and balance at your own pace. Our classes are for all ages and abilities and our amazing teachers adapt every session so you feel challenged and supported, no matter what your level.

Introducing our newest sessions:

•   Hatha Rest & Restore – gentle stretches, calming breathwork, and deep relaxation

   •   Move Strong - Total Body Strength - full body conditioning for tone and resilience

   •   Stretch, Strengthen & Balance – move mindfully with exercises that build strength, flexibility, and stability

   •   Pilates – core-focused exercises to improve posture, mobility, and overall body awareness

   •   Group Meditation with Herbal Tea – unwind, focus your mind, and enjoy a calming tea together

Join us for the last deeply restorative Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra session this year. Slow down, settle in, and give your body and mind the pause they’ve been craving.

In Yin we’ll ease into long, supported postures that soften tension, create space, and help you truly rest.
Then we’ll drift into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditative journey designed to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and bring you to a place of deep inner ease.

We close the session with herbal teas & mince pies.

Join us for a calming winter reset at The Stretch Studio.
We’ll ease in with Yin Yoga, using long, gentle holds to release deep tension, clear energetic blockages and quieten a busy mind. Yin invites the body to soften, the breath to slow, and the nervous system to settle.

You’ll then drop into a soothing Sound Bath, where crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and percussion help melt stress, clear stagnant energy and guide you into deep rest.

We’ll finish with herbal teas and mince pies to ground you before you head home.

In this calming session we will use the frequency of crystal sound bowls, drums, chimes and nature sounds to bring us into our body and deeply regulate the nervous system. Combined with a gentle breathwork practice, the ancient method of sound bathing helps to ignite our parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), releasing stress, tension and fatigue: A good night sleep is guaranteed!

And what better way to celebrate Samhain - the ancient Celtic festival marking the end of harvest season and the beginning of winter
