We’re excited to introduce Move Strong – Total Body Strength, a modern strength class designed to help you feel stronger, steadier and more confident in your body.
This isn’t a yoga class — and it’s not a bootcamp.
It’s intelligent, functional strength training led by a qualified yoga teacher and personal trainer, focusing on:
• building strength
• improving balance
• increasing mobility
• supporting long-term movement and wellbeing
Perfect if you want a proper workout without the gym environment, or if you’re looking to compliment yoga, Pilates, or everyday life.
