Last Wednesday, our womenโs group took part in a Level 1 Tai Chi session ๐

The movements gently worked the body while still feeling calm and relaxing. What really helped was pairing each movement with simple, memorable phrases like โhug a treeโ which made it easy for everyone to follow along and feel more confident.
A lovely way to slow down, connect, and try something new together ๐
Our womenโs group sessions run every Wednesday 10am - 12pm.
