As we come to the end of the year, we’ve been taking a quiet moment to reflect on what the past months have meant to us at Rainbow Bridge Pet Funerals β€” and more than anything, it’s filled us with gratitude.

Since opening our doors in March 2025, this journey has been far more than we ever imagined. We opened Bolton’s first APHA-approved pet crematorium with one simple intention: to provide compassionate, dignified care when it’s needed most. What we didn’t anticipate was just how much trust, kindness, and support we would receive in return.

In just these first months, we have had the privilege of caring for hundreds of beloved pets and supporting their families through some of their hardest days. We’ve travelled over 24,500 miles, often at all hours, collecting and returning pets so they could be home with the people who love them. Every mile has mattered, because every pet has mattered.

We have been overwhelmed by the kindness shown to us β€” from the messages, cards, and conversations, to receiving over 150 five-star Google reviews, each one reminding us why this work matters so deeply.

With your support, we’ve also been able to donate over Β£1,500 to local animal charities, including Bolton Destitute Animal Shelter and Avid’s Angels Cat Rescue, helping animals in need across our community.

Looking ahead, we’re excited about what’s to come. We have big plans for 2026, including the introduction of pre-paid pet cremation plans, expanding how we support local pet food banks, and so much more. Everything we plan to do is rooted in the same values we started with β€” compassion, dignity, and genuine care for pets and the people who love them.

None of this would have been possible without you. Your trust in us during such vulnerable moments is something we never take lightly, and we are endlessly grateful for every family who has allowed us to care for their cherished companions.
