Same value. Different condition.

Just like these two £10 notes — one crumpled and one smooth — people might look different on the outside, but their value never changes.

No matter what someone’s been through, how broken they might feel, or how life has treated them lately, they still matter — and they’re still worthy of care, support, and hope.

At Su***de Prevention UK, we see beyond the surface. We’re here to remind everyone that your worth doesn’t diminish because of the challenges you face.

If you or someone you know needs support, you can contact the National Su***de Prevention Helpline UK on 0800 587 0800 for free and confidential help.

💚💛💜🎗I've thought long and hard about writing this post, in fact I've written it and deleted many times thinking maybe its not what people want to hear and trust me....its not easy to hear or to say for that matter, but in order to save lives and make people aware that are not already aware, I'm going to say it......When you have a friend or family member suffering with their mental health and you check on them constantly "being there" for them (because we are given a list of things to watch out for when it comes to mental health) and then they "Seem" to be coming out the other side of it, because they are socialising again, they are eating, they are laughing, they are doing all the things that worried you because they wasn't doing them and that's not like them, so you take a deep sigh of relief and take your eye off the ball because they are "OK" again, well.......DO NOT take your eye off the ball, watch them closer, be there more, get them to talk and if they start to reminisce with you, do things they always wanted to try (bucket list), when they have been in that dark place and the mood suddenly changes to this with no actual change to circumstances this can be the fact they have made the decision to end their pain by ending their life, they are at peace having made this decision which then lifts the darkness, they want you to remember them as they were, they say their goodbyes to you without you actually knowing they are doing it, so as hard as this is to hear, I needed to say it as I would rather you worry more and seek professional help for them and SAVE a LIFE than leave you with a life time of if's but's and maybe's. I understand this is controversial but I'm here to try save lives not tiptoe around your ego's. I'm saying this from personal experience, from other people saying the same and even Ricky Hatton's friend and manager came out and said his family said he was in the best place (mentally) he had been in for a long time......... Ricky was a Champ, he was/is OUR Champ, Ricky succumbed to his demons Sept 14th AM the same as Arron 4yrs earlier. Look out for your Happy friends!
I am always here to listen, to help if I can and if I can't help I will find someone who can....💚💛💜🎗
