Jane is Registered as an Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist with Northern Institute of Massage; holds a Diploma in Bodymaster Method; and a member of NAMMT.

Jane has been a massage therapist for over 10 years, building a reputation for having a passion for treating patients who present with a range of conditions, injuries, musculoskeletal pain and dysfunctional movement patterns due to misalignment, muscle imbalance or poor biomechanics.

Following a thorough assessment, Jane then devises a treatment plan, which will include an array of advanced remedial techniques, including remedial & sports massage; trigger point therapy; Myofascial cupping; soft tissue release; manual lymphatic drainage; and kinesiology tape application.

📣 Closed for 1/2 term 📣

I’m on holiday next week, and this weekend I will be away at a gymnastics competition with Ava but we travel on Friday 🤸‍♂️ which means no Friday clinic 🙌

Instead I am putting on a clinic tomorrow Thursday 23rd November and I have a few appointments available.

After this I will return to work Tuesday 4th Nov and my Friday evening clinic will resume on the 7th.
