Talking to a therapist can really help and is the first step of your journey, helping you to explore the possibilities to empower you to create positive change and begin to feel better. Therapy offers a safe and comfortable space to allow you to grow and learn in an environment which is confidential and non-judgemental and delivered with care and compassion. I feel the therapeutic relationship is paramount to the success of therapy and having a therapist who listens and understands can make a huge difference. I understand and have experienced that life can be unkind and unpredictable, but whatever challenges you may be facing I can empathise and I am here to help. I can help with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, confidence issues, anger, divorce, bereavement and relationship difficulties and many other problems you may wish to overcome.
