The family of the late Gavin Boyd would like to take this opportunity to extend their sincere gratitude to all family, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of support and sympathy extended to them following the sad passing of Gavin. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who paid their respects by attending Gavin's funeral service and donated so generously in his memory in aid of Strathcarron Hospice, raising a total of £126.30.

Sincere thanks to John P Fox for the beautiful and comforting service to commemorate Gavin's life.

Thank you to the staff at Falkirk Crematorium for their care and professionalism, the Camelon Labour Club and Kelpie Caterers for the wonderful afternoon teas. Many thanks, also, to Betty at Forever Flowers for the beautiful, floral tributes.

Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care can now respectfully announce the funeral service to celebrate the life of the late Gavin Boyd will take place at Falkirk crematorium on Friday 27th February 2026 at 10:45am to which all family, friends and neighbours are respectfully invited.

Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu of floral tributes will be gratefully accepted on the day in Gavin's memory in aid of Strathcarron Hospice.

Gavin's family would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the unfaltering love and support that has been shown to them during this last week, because the kindness shown has helped them through this incredibly sad and difficult time.

Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care respectfully announce the peaceful passing of Gavin Boyd aged 70 years at F.V.R.H. on Saturday 14th of February 2026.

Gavin was a loving father and a much loved papa and great papa. Gavin was also a cherished brother, uncle and father in law as well as a loving neighbour and a good friend of many.

Gavin's family would like to offer their sincere and heartfelt thanks for the many kind expressions of sympathy and support extended to them by way of calls and messages since his sad passing.

Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care respectfully announce the peaceful passing of David Yates aged 70 years at home on Saturday, 14th February 2026.

David was the beloved husband of Carol, a cherished father of Claire, David and Callum, an adored grandad of Liam and Rian, a treasured father in law of Norman, Clara and Angela, a loving brother, as well as a much loved uncle and a good friend to many. David will be sorely missed by family, friends and neighbours.

David's family would like to offer their sincere and heartfelt thanks for the many kind expressions of sympathy and support extended to them by way of calls and messages since his sad passing.

The family of the late William Wallace Welsh would like to take this opportunity to extend their sincere gratitude to all family, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of support and sympathy extended to them following the sad passing of Billy. Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care can now respectfully announce the funeral service to celebrate the life of the late William (Billy) Welsh will take place at Sauchie Hall on Tuesday 10th February 2026 at 11am thereafter onto Tillicoutry cemetery for the interment service at around 12.15pm to which all family, friends and neighbours are respectfully invited.

Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care respectfully announce the peaceful passing of William Wallace Welsh known to many as Billy, aged 59 years at Strathcarron Hospice on Wednesday, 7th January 2026.

Billy was an adored father of Marissa, a much loved brother, a cherished uncle and a close friend many.

Billy always put others first and was always there to help families in their time of need. Billy was an absolute gem of a man and we are completely honoured for Billy to have reached out to us in his final days to ask for us to look after him and his family. Billy was well known in the community for being a kind soul and a funeral director himself, he will be sorely missed by family, friends and neighbours.

Billy's family would like to offer their sincere and heartfelt thanks for the many kind expressions of sympathy and support extended to them by way of calls and messages since his sad passing.
