O’Connor Funeral Care can now respectfully announce the funeral service to celebrate the life of the late William (Billy) Welsh will take place at Sauchie Hall on Tuesday 10th February 2026 at 11am thereafter onto Tillicoutry cemetery for the interment service at around 12.15pm to which all family, friends and neighbours are respectfully invited.

Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu of floral tributes will be gratefully accepted on the day in Billy's memory in aid of Strathcarron Hospice.

Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care respectfully announce the peaceful passing of William Wallace Welsh known to many as Billy, aged 59 years at Strathcarron Hospice on Wednesday, 7th January 2026.

Billy was an adored father of Marissa, a much loved brother, a cherished uncle and a close friend many.

Billy always put others first and was always there to help families in their time of need. Billy was an absolute gem of a man and we are completely honoured for Billy to have reached out to us in his final days to ask for us to look after him and his family. Billy was well known in the community for being a kind soul and a funeral director himself, he will be sorely missed by family, friends and neighbours.

Mario was also the beloved partner of Ann and a good friend to many. Mario will be sorely missed by family, friends and neighbours.
