Many clients have been intouch regarding appointments when the salon reopens and my return date. Until I know a date for myself due to shielding and specific guidance on procedures and methods of work it is not possible to take bookings for any treatments at the moment. Looking at the recent ristrictions for England, although Scottish rules may differ I wanted to make my clients aware some treatments may not be on offer as they are considered illegal practice due covid. For example in England all facial treatments are illegal. All forms of facial hair removal, facials massage, lash and brow tinting etc as this is considered a high risk zone.
Until it's made clear what the Scottish guidelines are for the beauty industry and clients it would be inappropriate to make appointments in advance for anyone at the moment and wouldn't want to offer something that may not be legal and cause you disappointment.
I will keep you all informed asap! Thanks for all your good wishes and moral support during this period and understanding I've been shielding and can only just begin to take small steps coming out of shielding.
While the salon has been closed its been a great opportunity for upgrades many thanks to Amigo handyman services.
