Innovation in care isn’t about fancy tech - it’s about listening.
At Optimo, innovation starts with people, not PowerPoint. We don’t just hire people; we grow them.
We’re delighted to celebrate Helen Cryan, Quality & Improvement Manager - winner of this year’s Innovation Award 👏
Helen’s creativity and problem-solving mindset have transformed how we work across Optimo.
By turning paper-based processes into intuitive digital tools and empowering teams to adopt smarter, more efficient ways of working, Helen is helping shape the future of quality and improvement across our organisation.
Her drive to make things better for colleagues, for services, and for the people we support, is the essence of innovation in action đź’™
