Was I standing behind you today? Were you discussing the pain in your hand? If you have been suffering with a pain in the hand for more than 4 weeks, it does warrant seeing either your GP or calling us on 07971 780156.

Especially if it's getting worse, doesn't improve, or is accompanied by tingling or numbness. It could be a sign of a condition like carpal tunnel syndrome, a post-injury issue such as a fracture, or another problem requiring professional diagnosis and treatment. So if this was you, get in touch! Don't forget you don't need a GP referral to come and see us 💙
