Thursdays 5.00 and 7.00pm
Fridays 8.00 and 10.00am
• Weigh in will the first ½ hour of each session, followed by 40 mins Image Therapy/group support. Each session will be a max of 1 hour 10 mins.
• New members are welcome at any sessions but please arrive at the start time. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me
