Sorry to have been quiet on here the last couple of weeks.
Sadly we had a family bereavement, so I’ve taken some time out to be with my family and for myself.
I’m back in the treatment room from Weds 4th. I’ve contacted all those clients I had to reschedule, however if you were booked in and I haven’t contacted you, please pop me a message.

Hot Stone Reflexology

A beautiful reflexology treatment using hot basalt and Jade stones along with crystals and Shiva Linghams and Jade eye mask.
A guided relaxation with the placing of the Jade eye mask is followed by hot basalt stones gently massaging the lower arms and legs. These stones are then tucked in providing a warmth throughout the treatment. The "Grandfather" stone is then placed onto the stomach area. He can feel quite heavy at first, by the end of the treatment you almost have forgotten he was there.
Using the differing hot stone and crystals, the reflexology treatment is carried out. The treatment is closed using cold amethysts on the upper lymphatics and the removal of the basalt stones from around the body. Removing the eye mask you'll be invited to gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings and open your eyes when you feel ready.
Jade is often referred to as "the stone of heaven" and has been well known for it's harmony-inducing properties and it's ability to balance the physical, mental and emotions aspects of health.
Pairing Jade with Basalt, and also Marble, empowers Geothermal treatments with the stones abilities to deliver FAR infrared energy.
Jade is linked with the Heart Chakra, supporting a sense of balance, compassion and renewal. Jade's ability to balance heat and energy flow enhances the benefits of this treatment.
The treatment is approximately 1hr 15mins and is £50.

**Please Note** This treatment is unsuitable for those for those living with cancer, for those receiving cancer treatment.
Those with internal metal fixtures, the treatment can be adapted.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a non invasive, holistic complementary therapy treatment, dating back to Egyptian times.
Each treatment is personalised to each client, focusing on their needs and how they are feeling at that moment in time. A consultation or "catch up" before each treatment enables me to devise your treatment plan.
Using a variety of techniques, such as effleurage, thumb walking, knuckling, holding, pulsing, linking and more, on the whole of the foot focusing on reflex points that correspond to body parts, organs and systems of the body. (See foot map below).
Reflexology is renowned to promote relaxation, easing the whole body and mind to release tension. This is called homeostasis.
During the treatment you may feel tingling, slight crunching/popping sensations and warmth either on the area of the foot that is being focused on or the actual body part itself. This is quite normal and is an indication that the body is responding to the treatment.
As an holistic treatment, reflexology can also aid to release emotions. In some situations clients can become tearful, and this is absolutely ok. Allow yourself to release emotions.
I know my clients, and myself personally, feel so many benefits from reflexology, but as reflexologists, we have to abide by the Advertising Standards Agency. So, here are the 5 things we can state that reflexology achieves:

I’ve just seen my last client of the week. My first week of 2026 and wow!, you’ve kept me busy.
Most popular treatment this week = Crystal Chakrafusion!
There was also, Reiki, Footlogix foot care, Mian Dui and of course Reflexology.
I’m now spending the afternoon & evening having a little pamper and relaxation.

I’m back! The treatment room doors are open for 2026. I have just one appointment available this week and that’s tomorrow morning at 10.30am.
