Borough Green Physiotherapy is a private physiotherapy practice based in the outstanding beauty of Kent offering a personable one to one service. I run my practice from The Studio at Windy Nob, it is a quiet private space with all the facilities and equipment to provide you with an atmosphere to enable fast recovery. Treatment is suitable for all ages, children and adults, and for many different conditions from aches and pains associated with aging, office workers, therapists, tradesmen and athletes. My name is Carole Simpson. I have been in the profession for over 30 years and running my own business for 11 years. I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with The Health and Care Professionals Council. I work on a holistic approach whereby your whole body and movement is assessed and analysed to enable accurate diagnosis, evidence based treatment and quick recovery. a therapist with a desire to keep older people independent?
a care assistant looking to help older people change and be active
or someone who enjoys working with older people and is willing to learn?

If this is you there could be a place for you in our practice. We have a growing list of older people needing group and 1:1 exercise sessions on a regular basis to get them independent and help them stay that way.
Hours will be flexible, around 10 day time hours per week to start with, more will be available as the service continues to develop.
No experience in therapy is required as training will be provided.
Rates of pay will be dependant on experience.

Welcome to Borough Green Physiotherapy.

I am Carole Simpson and have over 35 years experience as a physiotherapist initially in the NHS and for the last 16 years in my own practice.

I run a small clinic in the beautiful Kent countryside and give a personalised friendly service to all my clients.

My clients range in age from small children to over 90 year olds with a wide range of problems including back pain, arthritis, reduced movement and sports injuries.

Appointments can be booked from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. The first appointment will be about 1 hour to ensure I understand how and why you are struggling with movement or injury and give enough time to not only analyse the problem but treat it as well. Follow up appointments will vary in length depending on your needs.

The average number of sessions you will need will vary depending on your problem. Typically recent injuries require less treatment than a niggling pain you have had for a long time.

Initial pain reduction and improvements in movement can be achieved with 4 sessions but full recovery will generally take up to 8 sessions maybe longer
