Meningitis outbreak in Kent

Important update re dispensary services. Due to unforeseen circumstances the dispensary will be closed between 1.30-2.30 and after 4pm today.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

Thursday 5th February 2026 – Surgery Closure Notice
Please be aware that the surgery will be closed from 12.30pm today for staff training.
You will be able to use the online request form for non urgent, routine and admin requests. If you have urgent symptoms, you can call the Out of Hours service on 01423 224321. This service is run by Yorkshire Heath Network. Alternatively call NHS111 or visit NHS111 online.
In the event of a medical emergency, please call 999 immediately.
Please Note: The dispensary will also be closed during this time.
The surgery will reopen as normal at 8:00am on Friday 8th February 2026

The old address was supposed to redirect to the new one, but there has been some technical difficulties with this and it is not currently working.

25th Dec Christmas Day -Closed
26th Dec Boxing Day -Closed
Open as usual 29th -31st December
1st Jan 2026 New Year's Day -Closed

For urgent medical assistance call NHS 111 or visit Ripon Urgent Treatment Centre, Ripon Hospital open daily including bank holidays from 8am - 8pm.
