If you’re looking for exercises that will help you build strength, prevent injury and muscle pain, and make everyday tasks like lifting, twisting and reaching easier, consider introducing more core strengthening exercises into your day.

That doesn’t mean you have to start doing lots of tricky and uncomfortable sit ups! Pilates can help you strengthen your core in a more gentle way.
