a bit about me..

I have always had a passion for sports since a child and have competed at county level for athletics, netball and played for Derby Ladies F.C. Graduated from Brunel University with a BSc Sports Science and Leisure Management. After graduating I have worked within the Sports industry for over 20 years with varied roles within Local Government, Government Funded sports programmes and large national charities. My main focus of work has been getting young people at risk of offending into positive activities and increasing female engagement into sports. I have had continual career progression over my working career which has brought me down the route of Sports Massage.

As a keen runner and netball player I have always been plagued with ‘niggles’ and have never got into the habit of regular treatments due to the cost. It is with this I want to be able to offer quality but affordable treatments.
