I am soooo excited! I met an amazing American woman at a retreat in Greece in June. She is knowledgeable and passionate about Restorative Movement and Body Alignment: staying supple and strong. She is very experienced and inspiring and she has agreed to deliver a workshop at Linkside from 19-24 April 2020! Details to follow soon...

Our silversmith was prevented from making the journey by the horrendous weather but 4 brave ladies made the journey from Worcestershire to spend the weekend walking on the beach, chilling, meditating, playing Rummikub, chatting, laughing... Some of us made beeswax wraps, body lotion and chalk-free natural talc. Thanks girls, for being so flexible, easy going and great company 💗
