“Love, love is a verb. Love is a doing word”

It’s one thing to meet a starving human & feel empathy & compassion for them & quite another to actually give them some food or tackle the bigger problem of why they have no food in the first place.

What happens when we put our love, care, empathy & compassion into action…

Is it enough just to feel it? How does a starving human eat when we empathise or have compassion for him? He doesn’t. He only eats when we feed him & address the root cause of the problem.

In this long but hopefully worthwhile video, I talk about what I was moving through last week, as I was deep in the throes of grief, feeling into separation & a lack of care or love in action (on both a personal level & collective level).

It’s okay to feel the pain & sadness of where we didn’t receive (or give ourselves) the care or attunement we needed.

And it’s okay to need & desire care to be a part of our lives & the world. We need to care about ourselves, we need to care about others, we need to care about the world.

Love in action, matters.

It’s been a week of deep sensitivity & grieving for me this week. I’ve been swimming in our collective (and therefore always also personal 🙏) soup. Feeling just how far we still have to go in our journeys of relating to one another.

I’ll speak on it soon, but for tonight I’m here to affirm what I choose.

Our choice is our greatest power, it’s the decision of where our current (currency) of energy flows.

When it comes to relating I choose PRESENCE.

I choose RECIPROCITY.

I choose CARE.

I choose HONESTY.

I choose INTIMACY.

I choose ATTUNEMENT.

I choose PATIENCE.

I choose KINDNESS.

I choose RESPECT.

I choose STEADFASTNESS.

I choose LOVE.

Hey loves 💗

Tonight I’m talking about the differences between me & my daughter & how we navigate them respecting each other and our own individual nature.

I contemplate how to hold & honour our individuality and be in relationship with others who are also honouring & holding theirs. I think it’s such an important discussion 🌈 We aren’t all the same, what is right for one person isn’t necessarily right for another…

Hey loves, I’ve felt a bit unusual the past 2 days, possibly due to an energy influx, sometimes I can be quite sensitive to cosmic / collective energies?

But here I am (Sunday evening, I said Saturday and have no idea why 🙃) talking a little about how I have been feeling this weekend and then moving on to talk about my connection to water & some of the ways I work with the watery realms.

Water has been a huge part of my journey. In the video I talk about the connection between water & the Mother / feminine & how she is the great dissolver / softener returning us to our state of origin. She remembers us & working with her we return to find our true self reflection 🩵🌹💧

Getting in touch with the parts of me that are dangerous.

Dangerous to the Patriarchy.

I am a wild one. I am not here to be owned or controlled. I’m here to play MY WAY 👅

Was feeling into all the times I’ve been harmed by violence & injustice & the patriarchy & that’s been bringing up a sacred rage & fire inside me 🔥❤️‍🔥

So I’m rolling with that…

The truth is
I made myself safe.
I made myself palatable.
I made myself small.

I made YOU comfortable.
Forgive me.

The truth is I am here to rock the boat. I will trigger you with my love & light AND my fire & fight.

I’ve tried to make those last two a lot smaller over my life, because ooof they really trigger people. But I’m done with that now.

I am devoted to the Mother.
I am devoted to the Earth.
I am devoted to humanity.
I am devoted to my children.
I am devoted to love.
I am devoted to truth.
I am devoted to freedom.
I am devoted to life.
I am devoted to my destiny.

And I am devoted to myself.

For these things, yes, I am a dangerous woman ⚔️❤️‍🔥
