My first retreat in the UK will be a day retreat with the fabulous Kim Hopkins.
Have fun with like-minded people on and off the mat during a day of blended exercise and yoga classes, relaxation and delicious, health-promoting nourishment.
The boutique retreat, with a maximum of 10 participants, will take place on a beautiful property in the South Downs National Park (West Sussex) and is suitable for all levels of ability and experience.
Enjoy a dip after your workout and yoga practice in the outdoor pool. Learn techniques for relaxation and tips on nutrition for better health.
Your hosts are Kim Hopkins of Fitness for Everyone – fun HIIT classes suitable for all levels – and me, a qualified yoga teacher who has been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching since late 2012.
