Physiotherapy treatment is provided for all conditions including sports injuries, back and neck pain, shoulder and arm pain, osteoarthritis and joint pain, pre/post-operations, headaches and migraines. Acupuncture is offered for several conditions also including smoking cessation and chronic pain. In pain? Why wait? Appointments are offered within 48 hours at times that fit around you and your families’ lifestyle. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are always available, ultimately giving you that elite 5 star service.

We’re excited to introduce a Beginners Reformer Pilates class on Wednesdays at 6pm, led by Niki Chartered Physiotherapist, Pilates and Yoga Teacher.

This class is ideal if you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates or if you’ve done Reformer before and want a well-supported, foundations-focused session. The class will be carefully tailored so everyone feels confident, safe and challenged at the right level.
