Due to recent no-shows, we now require a £20 deposit when booking.

✔ The deposit is deducted from your final balance when you attend
❌ No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the £20 deposit being retained

Our sauna takes time to heat, time to get the place ready and staff are scheduled in advance.
