Massage therapy or Bowen technique can be used to treat a variety of conditions including back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, general stress & tension, asthma, and so much more! With over 20 years of experience Claire enjoys being able to help free people from pain and enable them to enjoy a more active life again. Be assured that you will be in safe hands! The therapies are suitable for all ages from babies with colic to the elderly and infirm. Treatments range from 30 minutes to an hour and can be tailored to suit your needs and aches.

Welcome to my new clinic room! New chapter means I'm now working from an upstairs room within the Osteopathic clinic and looking forward to seeing you all there!

After 17 years of being in the same location the time has come to move to a new treatment room as the dental practice expands and changes.
I will not be far away... in fact just around the corner in Tim Richmonds' Osteopathic Clinic.
From November 2025 my new location will be

I will still continue to take my own bookings through my page and mobile number, so the only thing changing for you is location! Same smile! Same treatment!
I am really looking forward to working in the same building as Tim who I highly respect as a professional, although I will be very sad to leave the dental team who have always included me and treated me as part of their team.

Hey everyone! Not massage related today, but just an awareness boost for my eldest son Nathan who is raising funds for FND - Functional Neurological Disorder. If you could give him a follow or sponsor him all would be appreciated!

Please take time to either add Nathan on Instagram or follow his journey. It's no small feat to cycle from the tip of Cornwall to the top of Scotland! So far he has got to Bristol and heading towards Tewkesbury tonight.
If you can donate to his chosen charity that would be great, and if you can't maybe you could share this post. He is raising funds for an FND charity to hopefully do more research into this awful condition which my other son Trevor was diagnosed with last year.
