Format for group sessions have changed ❤️ I would love you to join us and see how we are doing things now 😘 If you have been put off in the past by talking in group, you no longer have to speak if you don’t want to, so you can just sit and listen. No more asking everyone individually to make a plan, you decide if you want to share your plan or need any help with it. Lots of food talk, how to manage trigger foods and navigate those trickier moments in life ❤️ I love it 🥰
