🎄 Merry Christmas 🎄

We want to take this opportunity to wish all of our patients a very Merry Christmas.

Our staff have been extremely spoilt thanks to the generosity of so many of our wonderful patients.
Each staff member pulled a raffle ticket and got a lovely treat to take away with them - it is very much appreciated - thank you 🙏🏼

As you can see from the pictures below we have had some festive visitors to the surgery today 😁

We also want to take a moment to thank our staff for all of their hard work throughout the year but especially over the hectic festive period.

The whole team at OLMC wish you all a lovely Christmas and a healthy New Year 🤞🏼😊

We also want to wish Dr Sinha a big Happy Birthday for tomorrow 🥳

📢 UPDATE 📢

We are back online!! The computers are back up and running, but they are running very slowly and we have intermittent errors so please bear with us. We are trying hard to get normal service back up and running as soon as possible.

The surgery is currently without the internet and we're unable access to our computer system/patient records.

We are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

🌟 Dispensary 🌟

In order to help our staff and help us to keep things running smoothly for you, please read the following -

1. You can only order 7 days before your medication is due.
If you order before that time the medication will not be ordered.
If you need it sooner, please speak to Dispensary.

2. Patients who use the PS24 (prescription machine) please remember to collect your medication on receiving your text message.
The machine only holds medication for four days and if it is not collected, our staff then have to remove it and reload. This creates more work and also blocks the machine for further medication to be loaded.
If you are unable to collect within the time, please speak to Dispensary.

3. Christmas... As you know it is an extremely busy time for surgery. Please try not to order unless necessary and if you do need to order your medication early, please speak to Dispensary.

Our hardworking staff really appreciate your patience and support.

Relief Delivery Driver

We are looking for someone to join our team as a relief delivery driver.
This role involves delivering medications in the local area, using the surgery vehicle.

The role is based on a zero hour contract to cover holidays and sickness.

So I can finally make the announcement we have all been waiting for!!

The PS24 dispensing machine is back in operation. We are going to start loading it from this evening, so if you have ordered medications after Monday and use the facility you should get an SMS code to retrieve medications at a time convenient to you!

We really do appreciate this has been a very long out of order period and after long battles between different IT providers and ourselves we are really pleased to get back to our normal machine routine!

If you don't use the service but wish to please drop into reception and collect a form to sign up to the service.

Due to sickness we are very short of GP appointments today.

If you need urgent treatment please remember there are Urgent Treamtent Centres at Boston & Skegness who will also be able to help you.

Thank you for your understanding with this and please be patient with our staff today. They always do their best to get you the help/service you need and still will today but have limited appointments to access.
