First day of Spring.
It was asking on radio today. What do you notice, that makes you feel Spring is in the air?

For me it's the snowdrops, then the odd pint showing sign of waking up and farmers are starting to plant in the fields. What change do you notice that Sprig is in the air? 🤔

Morning.
This last month I've had 5 missed appointments!
I know lives are busy and yeah we do forget. I don't chase clients in case there was a serious illness or emergency etc. I leave it and let them get back in touch with me. But it seems to be happening more. If you are a regular client and dont want your appointment or come any more, it's fine, just let me know. Life is very busy, things costing more etc, I get it, it's the same for me.
If you do want to keep coming and missed an appointment, that's fine just give me call and we'll get you booked back in. 🙂

So I'm putting this out there. What do I do? Some people say charge for missed appointments. Some do pay (cause they , feel they should), some don't. Not sure how you can make anyone pay especially if don't come back. Do I do 3 strikes and your out? Cause its wasting my time, my electric, plus I could have given that appointment to someone else. Open for suggestions?🤔

Unfortunately I am having to close for a while due to the loss of my husband. Thank you to everyone who always asked after him and I know that many of you he would come out and chat to. I will post again when I'm sorted. Make the most of every minute every day ❤

Hi everyone. As most of you are possibly aware that it is not mandatory to wear face coverings any more. I understand that for a lot of people this is a relief.
Some of you may be aware of my circumstances, that husband is very vulnerable.
Therefore when attending your appointments please, please, remember to wear your mask. 😷

Morning all. Please be aware it may take longer than normal to get back to you, re booking an appointment.
This is due to a family need. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

However if your in a lot of pain then do seek an alternative therapist. Please don't put up with it.

I am continuing with treatments, but I may need to postpone at short notice.
