Today is World Mental Health Day . This year’s campaign focuses on the urgent need to support the mental health of people affected by humanitarian emergencies.
Today, the world watches, holding its breath and hoping that the ceasefire will be upheld, the hostages will be back with their loved ones, and the people of Gaza can start to rebuild their lives.
We cannot begin to imagine what these people have suffered, but seeing the children of Gaza singing and cheering shows the amazing resilience of the human race.
This mental health day we are sending our love to the men, women and children who have been affected by this war, and hope today they can begin healing 🧡
