With forty years of competing in various sports I am in a position to appreciate the demands an athlete puts upon their body and their desire to achieve their goals whether it is to finish an event, achieve a personal best or win. But massage is not just for athletes, every day life puts a strain upon our bodies which can be relieved with massage. Having had both hips replaced I have personnel experience of rehabilitation and how massage can speed up the heeling process, improve mobility and range of movement. Prices from 01/06/2021

Unfortunately Burghley Estate has not given me permission to carry on with Wednesday morning Run Camp. They are reviewing what sessions they allow in the park and I have to apply in January for permission to hold Run Camp in 2026.
We are looking into other possible locations but it will be hard to find such a lovely location and with a cafe.
