Phoenix Healthcare chiropractic bench reupholstery. Colour match was not easy due to weathering and use. None the less, got it done and customer was happy.

Job description:
Bench had electrical faults and would stop working in the worst of conditions. Firstly, I replaced a faulty fuse. Faults continued, so I tested the motor windings and troubleshooted an electrical issue at the circuit board. After reconnecting the wires, the bench began to work again, After calibration and testing, it was found that the raise/lower function using the foot pedal did not work reliably. We tested the raise/lower buttons on the bench itself and had the same results. I have narrowed the problem down to the control board itself. Bench works, user just needs to at times press more than once or hold the switch. Other issues were found with the bench including an encoder with a ripped out wire. Common problem and was easily fixed with a zip tie once leads shouldered back in place.

Overall good experience, something new for the books and definitely a huge learning curve. Thank you to Blair who was very inviting.
