What a difference a week can make!

A couple of weeks ago we shared that something big was happening behind the scenes at the Silclear factory and now we can finally show you what we’ve been up to.

We’re always looking for ways to increase productivity and efficiency across our operations, and our latest project has been a major one: a complete renovation of our dispatch area.

The mezzanine has now been removed and replaced with multiple rows of floor-to-ceiling racking.

This upgrade will allow us to:
✅ Hold significantly more stock
✅ Organise inventory more efficiently
✅ Improve the speed and workflow of our dispatch department
✅ Continue delivering consistent, reliable service to our customers

We’re really pleased with how the transformation has taking shape and excited for the process improvements it will allow for.
