🌿 Good Morning, Lovely Ones
It’s been a while — in fact, a long while — since I last checked in here.
So much has changed.
When the world moved online during Covid, I didn’t feel ready. My yoga classes came to a pause, and life, in its messy and magical way, moved me in another direction.
I’ve taken my passion for yoga, breath, and body-based wisdom and woven it into my therapeutic work — a gentle fusion of yoga psychology and psychotherapy.
This journey has been nothing short of transformational.
Because truly… how can I hold space for another without first learning to hold myself?
🌿 I now work somatically, walking alongside clients through embodied psychotherapy, grounding practices, and nature-based therapy.
🌳 I will be sharing community offerings, offer reflective resources, and continue to explore the healing connection between mind, body, and earth.
✨ With that in mind, I’ll be closing this page and merging with my new space: — where I’ll be sharing updates, offerings, reflections, and more.
