Each Term, our trainers really enjoy delivering courses in Sherborne. This Term, the course is Managing Mood in December and there are still places available!

Managing Mood is one of our most popular courses and explores how changes in mood can effect our day-to-day routines and wellbeing. It explores mood and discusses how identifying anchor points can connect us with helpful coping strategies and build resilience when things feel challenging.

If you're interested in attending this course and are already registered and enrolled as a student with us, just give us a call on 01202 584478 or email dhc.recovery.educationcentre@nhs.net to book your place.

Not yet registered and enrolled, take a look at our website https://ow.ly/P6fO50XvPHs for more details.

One way we can practice self-care is by making the time to attend courses or look at our online resources to support our own health and wellbeing. Take a look at our website for more information https://ow.ly/1M7E50XtoZF.
