Hi everyone. Sorry I've been quiet on here. My health is still my priority but I'll be doing posts when I can. I have some lovely new jewellery and Im making my own mala beads which are very much the trend for 2026!!

This is a necklace I made and the heart is detachable and you can swap it with any of my other charms or one of your own.

What do you think? I have other beads in Flourite, Variscite and the beautiful Labrodorite.

I've also got myself a new supplier so I'm excited to share some of the new stock that's coming.

That voice in your head that you listen to isn't always right or have your best interests at heart.

Always always listen to your gut, your intuition.

You know when something/someone doesn't feel right. Listen to that. Do it more and more and you'll build confidence in yourself.

Trusting what's coming to you intuitively takes time and practice. Be patient.

4️⃣ Knowing it's ok to change your mind

Pause today and notice: is there one small habit you follow because it’s familiar, not because it feels right?

I started to look at my values and considered if they were still true for me. Putting others first, thinking people with money were better. The list was long. I learnt them from my parents and never thought to question them. Have you done the same?

It's very easy to lose yourself sometimes. Whether that's through relationships, children, work or any numbers of reasons.

You are still you as well as fulfilling a role, whether that be mum, sister, daughter, niece . It's easy to forget your needs when others need you, and that can go on a long time.

You're still in there, just need to reach in and reconnect.

Get your crystals out and prepare your moon water people.

I saw the full moon after coming out of football on Tues evening, it was amazing.

Tonight it's at its peak and the last one of 2025.

Do your ritual of letting go of what no longer serves you. Burn it. Do whatever feels right.

This is #9 of the cycle so next year we're into a new cycle with new beginnings.
