🎄 Celebrating Community, Collaboration & the Season of Goodwill 🎄

This Christmas, we were proud to host a festive meal at Aster Group UK’s Hibberd Court retirement complex, which neighbours The CRUMBS Project. This event truly embodied the spirit of community.

Volunteer chefs Charlie Becke and Russell Hewitt from BaxterStorey generously gave their time and expertise, working alongside our talented trainees, staff team, and trustees to deliver a fantastic Christmas dining experience for assisted living residents.🍽️

Everyone was treated to a fantastic musical performance from the very talented Alfie FItzpartrick from LEAF Studio | School and Sixth Form, which really made the festive atmosphere pop!

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone involved, including TWO Services Ltd. for their sponsorship, and our trustees Prof Peter Jones, Mark Collinge, Heather Hartwell, and the whole team for demonstrating what the season of goodwill is all about: teamwork, hospitality, and care.

✨🎄 A Christmas Showcase Feast with Heart 🎄✨
This festive season, guests gathered for a special Showcase Meal at .project to celebrate the generosity of our charity’s supporters — the volunteers who give their time, the donors who give their resources, and everyone who shows kindness through their support to help change the lives of disadvantaged individuals. 🎁✨

From shared laughter to full tummies, every moment reminded us that generosity is the true spirit of Christmas.

Thank you to all our supporters for making a difference – especially the fantastic volunteers from PIG who helped elevate the dishes we served ❤️👨‍🍳, and the generosity of TWO Services who sponsored Showcase Meals .project in 2025. 🎁✨

Pop to Redhill Park tomorrow and support their Christmas Fair 🎄 😍 You will also meet some of our trainees who volunteer in the Cafe.

This Sunday! We can't wait to see you. We will have lots of food, and mulled wine, baileys hot chocolate ( or coffee ) and you can support local with local stalls holders!

❤️👨‍🍳✨Showcase Meals aren’t just about great food – they’re a stage for Food Production & Service trainees to shine 👨‍🍳✨❤️
At each quarterly Showcase Meal event, Food Production & Service trainees from The Crumbs Project work side by side with culinary pros, from organisations like BaxterStoreyand The Pig Hotel, demonstrating their skills and growing confidence through serving beautifully crafted dishes.

It’s a space where cookery becomes storytelling – with each event having a unique themed menu. 🔪🥣

Beyond the food, it’s a celebration of true hospitality: teamwork, care, and building people up to be the best version of themselves. ❤️👨‍🍳✨
