Thursday Gymnastics 🧠💪

The biggest improvements we’ve seen haven’t come from talent…

Small group personal training with a focus on functional fitness.

We break sessions down with purpose 👇
• 15 mins shoulder activation & stability – building resilient, pain-free shoulders
• 15 mins kipping skill work – 5 x 5–10 reps, progressing week to week
 From pull-ups ➝ chest-to-bar ➝ mastering the bar muscle-up
• Finish with a conditioning piece to build real-world fitness

Everything we do follows a structured strength & conditioning approach – identify weaknesses, build capacity, then apply it to functional movement.
