Party season is officially here – and I’m so ready for it! ✨
Between the work events, catch-ups with friends and trying to remember who I’ve actually bought gifts for, I’m just enjoying the little festive moments where I can.
And honestly, enjoying the run-up to Christmas doesn’t have to mean putting your goals on pause 🙌.
You can still have the fizz, the food and all the fun – just in a way that feels good and keeps you feeling in control.

Some days just disappear, don’t they? ⏳
By the time I’ve done the school run, work, washing and trying to remember where I left my coffee… cooking feels like a bit much 🍳😅.
On those nights, I just grab something from the food range because:
⏱️ it’s ready in minutes
🥗 it fits with Food Optimising
🍽️ the portions actually fill me up
📖 and the recipe’s on the pack, so I can make it myself another day
Honestly, it just makes life that little bit easier.
If you fancy some support (and a friendly room of people who get it!), I’m at Bearwood Primary on Mondays at 5:30 and 7pm. Or St Luke’s church Winton Saturdays 8am and 9:30am
