Patient Engagement Event - just a reminder - we are holding our Shore Medical patient engagement evening tonight at the Lighthouse Pole from 6.30pm - we will be presenting the details around the merger of the 5 practices in April this year and the opportunity to ask any questions of the Doctors and staff.

Happy Christmas from all the Staff at Poole Road Medical Centre. We close at 18:30 on Christmas Eve and will open at 8:00 on Thursday 27th December. For medical assistance during the festive closure call NHS 111.

At the beginning of April we will be implementing a new computer system in the practice - this is the system we use for appointments, prescriptions and your medical records. During the changeover there may be some delays and we advise patients whose repeat prescriptions are due at that time to order them early. Your patience during the changeover is appreciated.
