We have been providing good-quality accommodation for Chiropractic and other course Students attending AECC for 13 years. With En-suite, Double and Single rooms available, priced between £83 to £125 per week including bills (see notes on fair usage), we offer convenient and affordable Student accommodation. We have 2 houses directly opposite the AECC gates and 1 house a 3 minute walk. Perfect for getting to the Gym, Library, Student’s Union and classes within minutes. The area is well lit (being directly opposite the Uni Gates) and the beach is a 10 minute walk and there are ample shops, restaurants and pubs within the locality.
Each house has a dining kitchen with full appliances (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, kettles, toasters, irons, vacuum etc.).Broadband with a Superhub fibre optic unlimited WIFI Modem is already enabled. All rooms have, a bed (according to room size), bedside cupboard, wardrobe, desk, swivel chair, shelves and a sofa (double rooms) or an armchair (single rooms). Houses have full Gas Central Heating (annually certified) and there are washing machines and dryers. Each house also has it’s own garden and NO3 and NO5 have off -road parking for Cars and all houses have Bike storage. All houses have mains smoke/heat detection and sealed battery carbon detection.
In houses NO3 and NO5 we offer bills included (see our terms and condtions) and although this is a house share agreement, each student will ONLY be responsible for their own rent, even if other students fail to pay their share. This is a big advantage because Agents and some private landlords only lease properties on a Joint and Several basis which can leave students legally responsible for paying the full rent (and bills), if others cannot or will not pay. We offer an 11 month Lease with all bills in the name of the Landlord, (see our notes re our fair usage policy for gas and electricity). NO1 is offered to a group of students on a Joint and Several basis and they can choose either to pay their own bills or have a bills included.
We are known to the University Admissions Department who know us as Landlords and know we take our responsibilities seriously.
