A little update from us ✨

As the seasons change so does everything around them and now feels like the right time for a little shift 🌱✨

This space has become so much more than just my work and because of that I’ve decided to make a few little changes. Don’t worry, The Little Birth Hub isn’t going anywhere 🤍 it’s still such a big part of what I do but this space feels more aligned as somewhere I can share my work, my life and all the beautiful bits in between. I don’t want to split who I am over different accounts, I want all of me in one place - Birth worker, mother, modern magic girlie finding the beauty in everyday life. Because of this I’ve decided to changed the name of this account to ._

My work will absolutely still hold space here but so will more of my world. Thank you for being here for it all ✨

✨ Not birth-related, but still a big personal mountain moment… quite literally.

Today I climbed Scafell Pike with my dad and brother…the highest mountain in England and a serious challenge for mind, body, and soul ✨

It reminded me so much of the work I do with you lovelies🤍
The breath. The rhythm. The moments when you want to stop or you start questioning yourself. The inner voice that keeps whispering you’ve got this. The powerful calm that comes when you do something hard and realise that you were stronger than you thought.

✨The last 6 months have been transformational✨

I’ve been gently pulled deeper into the world of holistic healing, after a few big life changes I decided to follow the whispers of my intuition and it’s led me to something incredibly special 🤍

Now, you guys know I’m a ‘woo’ modern magic girlie so this is probably no surprise… I’m very proud to say I am officially a certified Reiki Practitioner✨

This practice isn’t just something I’ve added to my toolkit, it’s become essential. A beautiful way of working, holding space and connecting with energy that feels both ancient and entirely aligned with where I’m right now and where I’m going. Reiki has been healing me in real time and I already know how powerful it’s going to be for my past, present and future clients 🤍✨

I’m not quite ready to reveal all the magic I’ve been weaving behind the scenes (just yet!), but let’s just say… if you’re joining me for upcoming gathering circles, you may feel the energy of Reiki flowing through every intention, every word and every moment we share.

Now that the news has had a chance to sink in your mind is most probably busy with all the worries and queries around the birthing process. I know mine was!

Unfortunately society and the media have made us portray birth in a very negative and misinturprated way, leaving many woman (and men) feeling anxious, scared and stressed about the birth process, already dulling down many of our journeys into parenthood.
