A few months ago I would have been classed as a HUGE stress eater!
Kids driving me mad, eat some chocolate, I am feeling tired grab a tea and half or more of a pack of biscuits, eat crisps at night, not a small bag but a BIG pack!!
I was snacking on empty calories, nothing that was fuelling my body, to make me feel better BUT actually heightening the affects of the stress levels already present in my body. I was bloaty, up and down mood swings
AND
By eating a constant stream of sugary products my blood sugar levels would spike only to crash and the cycle is repeated.
That life is not sustainable, less I wanted to gain a ton of unhealthy weight or look a lot older than my years (be kindπ) as sugar can lead to premature wrinkles!!! By damaging the proteins and collagen in the skin π±
Also it can play havoc on your gut bacteria! All the bad gut bacteria LOVES to eat sugar!! The good bacteria needs wholesome foods like veggies!
Sure I was eating both being vegan and all, but I needed a change!
I am SO pleased I found a solution for my eating habits. Some 'poo poo' shakes and actually I would be the first to admit, I did too!!
Even when mine arrived I was like nah, I just wanna work out I don't need a supplement! How wrong was I!!
Since I have regularly added in my daily shake, which isn't ya normal shake, its a daily dose of dense nutrition, I finally have bridged the gap from what I was getting to what my body actually needs. There is NOTHING else like this on the market!
Game Changer. I might still have the odd biscuit with a cuppa, if I actually even buy them but I certainly don't eat the whole packet π± I might eat some crisps, if I actually even buy them, but I don't eat the lot! Or chocolate! I very rarely buy it anymore! I used to eat a bar a day!!
But the best thing for me is not only the impact it has had on my choices of food, but what it has done for my body in terms of feeling healthier, fuller, more energy and not just being a slave to my cravings! IF I crave anything I have a bit and thats it, I don't need the whole lot!
