Hello all. I'm thinking of you, missing your faces and hoping that you and your families are all safe and well.

I am still seeing emergency/acute patients so if you feel that your pain is a 5 out of 10 or higher please feel free to phone me.

I have introduced strict guidelines, 10 minute 'cleaning buffer' between patients, 1 patient only per hour to avoid unnecessary contact. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts I'm not able to source PPE equipment but I will wear my mask and please feel free to wear yours.

I am also at the end of the phone for advice if needed ###xx

Our physical pains are often a result of the stresses that overtake our every day lives. Our bodies can only cope with so much at a time. When your physical symptoms become overwhelming, it’s often because our mental stresses have become too much and it’s the ‘final straw’. I of all people know that managing stress is easier said than done but things like mindfulness, yoga and Pilates can help. I’m always at the end of the phone for advice. Please call me.
