Wishing all our families a wonderful Christmas Day. Be kind to each other. Take time out. Breathe. Be thankful. And remember the best gift we can give each other is time.

At a busy time of year, mindful moments help children feel grounded, calm and safe.
A gift that lasts far beyond the festive season 💛

A mindful moment doesn’t have to be complicated.
Try this with children today:
🧘♀️ Take 3 slow breaths
👀 Notice 3 things you can see
👂 Listen for 1 sound
Small practices like this help children reset, refocus and feel grounded – even on busy days.
Save this post for busy days over the festive period.

Mindfulness gives children something incredibly powerful:
the ability to notice, name and manage their emotions.
In schools, this can mean calmer classrooms, improved focus and children who feel more confident navigating everyday challenges.
Wellbeing isn’t an “extra” – it’s the foundation for learning 💛
Our after school sessions start in January. Keep an eye out for the letter from you school to book sessions for your child.

As December approaches, what is your heart’s intention? It doesn’t have to be big — just something you want to carry into the month. ✨
• Maybe it’s calm over chaos
• Or presence in conversations
• Or more rest and self-care
Share your intention below (or keep it private in your journal) — but take a moment to name it

Our aim is to empower people to develop the appropriate emotional intelligence skills to fulfil their own potential.
We work primarily with children, whilst also supporting adults in various capacities such as teachers, parents and business managers. Using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness, we help individuals to understand their own emotions, manage stress, build internal resilience, develop good social relationships and strong self-confidence. Emotional intelligence (EQ), unlike IQ, can be learnt and includes self-regulation, empathy and resilience. Researchers have found that people with high EQ are more happy and successful as they cope better with the stresses and strains of everyday life.
We run after-school clubs in both private and state schools as well as holiday camps and one-to-one coaching for those who need it. We teach useful NLP and Mindfulness tools and techniques to help children be more positive, more resilient, to relax and be more thoughtful of others. We help them understand that they are unique and special in this world and they can ‘choose’ how they react to different situations. We discuss the effects of bullying and how people feel who are being bullied, and how the bully themselves is feeling. We also build up their self-esteem by teaching them to love themselves and be proud of their achievements.
In addition, we offer a variety of adult workshops and one-to-one sessions as EQ skills can be improved and developed throughout our lives. Our workshops aim to help individuals improve their communication skills, manage their stress triggers, cope with stress and anxiety, develop positive habits, increase empathy and live in the moment.
