What a weekend!
I’m not sure I have the words to describe this weekend…a weekend full of nourishment for the body, mind & soul.
Expertly and deliciously catered by Ali at located at the stunning
🌿Activities included an inspiring and mind blowing rainforest tour with Merlin
🧘‍♀️Yin & flow candlelit yoga sessions with Anna
🔥Woodland sauna with cooling river dips at Cabilla’s very own riverside sauna buried deep in the temperate rainforest.
💆‍♀️Guide’s facial massage, breathwork and meditation with Georgie
💚With plenty of time to relax and reflect.
