Morning meal makeover - overnight oats, 1/2 cup of oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup, 1/2 a lime squeezed, 1 to 1/2 cups of coconut milk or milk of your choice. Pop into the fridge over night then add 1x kiwi and sprig of mint.
